actually, they werent attacking in this picture (unless someone had opened the door to starbucks, and even then they may have just walked in and made themselves at home!)
minutes before this picture was taken, we were sitting outside of a starbucks with our friends lisa, jack and zoe having a perfectly nice time. these two ducks wandered over to where we were sitting and once they realized that the kids had food they started getting closer and closer. maybe it wasnt the best idea to feed the ducks. the ducks who seemed so cute when they first walked up werent so cute when it seemed like they were eyeing rylee and zoe's fingers as possible treats. maybe they werent so cute anymore when the male duck leaped on to the couch where the girls and I were sitting and tried to take anna's donut.
they were cute again when they walked over to the entrance of starbucks and waited for someone to open the door so that they could walk in, cute enough that I dared to get close enough to take a picture :)
