17 months

(as I am typing this, Rylee is having a bit of a meltdown which seems to be a bit more common these days. It sure isnt easy having a 17 month old...)

at 17 months, Rylee is:
*generally happy and easy going (except for the above mentioned meltdowns)
*not as good of an eater as she once was. I think because she wants to be on the move more often the food doesnt as easily keep her attention
*in to everything! if it isnt in her mouth, she is climbing on it, ripping it or poking it ;)
* is very tall, I cant wait to see exactly how tall she is at her 18 month appointment
*does not like to be confined at all. would rather be walking all the time
*is definitely a mamas girl still. hangs on my leg or wants to be picked up if she is in an unfamiliar situation
*LOVES daddy and comes running when she hears him come in the door every night after work
*wears 18-24 month clothes and size 5 or 6 shoes
*loves her big sister so much and gets really upset when Anna doesnt want to play with her
*has a really high pitched scream that we hear when she is happy, upset or tired
*loves baby dolls and calls them ba-bas
*says: mama, dada, anna, grammy(sounds like ga-gee), Roary (sounds like ooo-ree), no, mine, thank you(sounds like aa-oo), uh oh, milk (sounds like mook), and my fave...night night (sounds like na-niiii)
*likes to point at her belly
*is an awesome baby girl, even when she is challenging...
